Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble Announces the Taming of the Brew

Bloomsburg (PA) — After a year's hiatus, Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble will bring back its annual Taming of the Brew in 2021. This beer tasting fundraiser for the Theatre will be held on Saturday, August 7 from 5 pm to 8 pm at The Farm in Bloom.

The event will be limited to 275 patrons and held with vendors both inside the barn and outside on its grounds to promote social distancing.

Participating breweries include Bullfrog Brewery, Covered Bridge Brewhaus, New Trail Brewing Company, Rusty Rail Brewing Company, Jackass Brewery, Lancaster Brewing Company, & Turkey Hill Brewing Company. Participating restaurants include, Root 11, Tri Pi Pizzeria, Steph's Subs, the Blind Pig Kitchen, Heritage House & Craft Catering.

A cornhole tournament will be included in this year's festivities along with a silent auction, photobooth and live music by Low Hanging Fruit. Bring a lawn chair and kick back!
